Write up your sessions
Write up a session while it's fresh. Save a draft as often as you like, then seal it when you're finished. Once sealed, a note can't be changed. Anything you add later is saved alongside it, so your records always stay a true account.
See your week at a glance
Book upcoming appointments and look back over past ones on a simple calendar. Once a booked session has taken place, it becomes part of your client's history.
Keep track of every client
Each client has their own page with their contact details, sessions and notes, so everything you need is in one place when you need it.
Record safeguarding concerns
Note a concern against the session it came up in. A session with notes or concerns can never be deleted, so nothing important is lost by mistake.
Give clients a copy of their notes
If a client asks for their notes, download them as a Word document protected by a password. Lifeboat keeps a record of who downloaded the notes, when and why.

Private and secure
Only you see your clients
Your practice's records are kept completely separate from everyone else's. No other Lifeboat user can see them.
Each clinic is isolated in the application and by row-level security in the database.
Locked away safely
Client names, contact details, notes and safeguarding records are encrypted (scrambled) before they're stored. Without your practice's own key they can't be read.
AES-256-GCM encryption at rest, with a separate key for each clinic.
A record of every change
Lifeboat automatically notes when each client and session was added or changed, and who changed it, so you don't have to keep track yourself.
